A fixture of Salzburg’s Inn Quarter since 1779, the Haidenthaller butcher shop of Daniela and Wolfgang Schleicher has also been represented in the Augustina food arcade since 2009, providing the same outstanding quality and excellent service. Meat for their products is sourced exclusively from controlled beef and pork farms in Austria. The Schleicher family have been awarded the Augustiner Quality Award in 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018. Perusing the regional products on show is sure to whet your appetite. Haidenthaller meatloaf, available in three different varieties, is their flagship product and has since become popular throughout Austria.
